The Triton Music staff donated a tree in honor of my retirement. Today was planting day. The Choir helped with the digging and planting and Dave Hanson gave us a great lesson on planting trees. Elijah Gray is our Band director and Aimee Hampton is our Elementary Music person. They are awesome.

Congratulations to the Triton Concert Choir and the superior rating that they received at Large Group contest today. They received scores of 37, 38 and 38. I am so proud of the hard work that they have put into these songs!

Triton H.S. Choirs will present their "Contest Showcase Concert" tonight, Monday, Apr. 4, 2022 at 6 p.m. The concert will feature many of the solos and ensembles that received a superior rating at contest a couple of weeks ago. The full choir will also perform their Large Group contest pieces. Large Group will be held this coming Wednesday in Southland.

Triton hosted the Sub-section 2 solo and ensemble contest today. It was a very busy day, but very rewarding. 14 Triton choir events received a superior rating , with one student receiving a best in site award for his solo.

Triton singers participated in the Gopher Conference Honor yesterday and today, held at Waterville-Elysian-Morristown High School. Our guest conductor was Maria Wilson, a Northwestern graduate, who now teaches in Osseo.
