We’ve started the tradition of celebrating all of the seniors’ college acceptances by having them displayed on our own DFHS SciRes college boards! Impressive group of kids! Now we have 2017-2022 posted up in our classroom!

Thanks so much for the swag from the WESEF Board!! Our SciRes students are working hard to prepare for this weekend when they will compete along with over 600 other student researchers from across Westchester and Putnam County! I couldn’t be more proud of this group of incredible, passionate, hard-working kids!

Join us in congratulating for winning third place at the Upstate Junior Science and Humanities Symposium this past week! Well done!! Esther researched the Effect of Social Media on Body Dysmorphia and the different outcomes based on age and gender. Well done!!

We have 30 junior and senior students competing this year with topics such as Psychology, Paleontology, Immunology, Tissue Engineering, Machine Learning, and more!
