So proud of Anthony Jr., who after 5 years of hard work, has earned his arrow of light and is now officially a Boy Scout!! A tremendous thank to both Isabella and Ryan who have been the most amazing Den and Pack leaders- God bless you both!!! Unfortunately, we all missed his ceremony last night because I was in the ER with Joe (who is ok) and my husband was traveling for business. However, another huge thank you to Jen Coyler and Kathleen who cared for him in our absence and captured the moment for us in both pictures and video. My husband and I feel truly blessed to have so many wonderful and supportive people in our lives.

As I admire these beautiful leftover Easter tulips, I am overwhelmed by how wonderful and creative our God is... The care, the detail, and the beauty that exists within creation is overwhelming.... it is so easy to be distracted by the mess and dirt of this world, if we are not careful we will become blind to this beauty - but each day we must find God’s beauty - And we must remember- the same God who created the heavens and the earth - created us and loves us and wants to have a daily personal friendship with us - an eternal loving communion with us - no wonder why so many people do not believe in God - the truth of His love is so amazing, so scandalous ,so unbelievable - that so many cannot believe it - may we all be blessed by the Grace of the Lord to have enough Faith to accept the unbelievable truth of God's supreme goodness and love!

He is RISEN - Happy Easter love the Gentile Family!

This is about to happen.... We start at St. James Cathedral in Brooklyn and then we all process in silence over the Brooklyn Bridge. While we process we will stop in honor of 5 of the stations of the cross. It will be loud, there will be distractions, but we will all try hard to stay focused on the Lord - much like everyday life. In the end, We end up at St Peter’s Church where Cardinal Dolan will end the day with a reflection. Wherever you are today - you can walk with Christ too - in the midst of your everyday life pause. S notice His presence. Then - simply pick up your cross and follow him. God Bless
