7th-10th graders in Mrs. Matthews class spent time researching information about their future careers. Afterwards, they created a presentation outlining specific details and presented to their peers. # #

Our Kindergarten students are eager to engage in hands-on science activities that make learning fun. Mrs. McNeil introduced the concept of habitats by explaining that animals have homes, just as people have homes. The Kids were excited to hear about diverse habitats that support plant and animal life, such as bat caves, swamps, deserts, butterfly communities and African jungles. Their projects were a way to show their understanding!

Make a Vision Board With Your Kids. ... Vision boards can be a really positive, encouraging way for kids to learn to believe in themselves. It's the tactile, visual version of “You can do anything you set your mind to,” because it serves as a regular reminder of what they hope for the future and how they can accomplish it. The kids along with their parents did an amazing job!
