Today we’re celebrating Heidi Moe and her 400th class at Rhuomai!

For more than four years, Heidi has brought her whole heart to aerial yoga. She shows up with the same warmth and care whether her class is full or just one person walks through the door. And behind the scenes, she’s always finding ways to help our studio and cheer on her fellow teachers.

Heidi has said that this community helped her grow in confidence and self-love. Now she helps others find that same courage in themselves. Heidi, thank you for the countless ways you lift us up. We’re so grateful for you!

1️⃣Level 1 is for new and returning members ages 7-13.
Thursday October 1st & 15th 6:00-7:00 PM. These are not joined classes, but instead are separate drop-ins. Come to one or both!

2️⃣Level 2 is for aerialists with instructor approval to continue to work on learned skills and take aerial to the next level. Thursday October 22nd from 6:00-7:00 PM

🦋My First Aerial is for 4-6 year olds to explore the basics of aerial yoga. A non-participating adult joins the aerialist during class. Sunday October 11th 4:00-5:00 PM

👻Spooky Kids Aerial Yoga is for ages 7-13. This Halloween-themed class brings all the fun of the season into the hammocks with a playlist of Halloween favorites and creatively themed poses.
All levels are welcome — we'll stick to fundamental poses and tricks so everyone can join in, whether it's their first time in a hammock or they're already flying at Level 2. No costumes please.
Friday October 30th 5:30-6:30 PM.

This is your sign that you need to take some time for yourself this weekend.
Sunday Soothing Stretch is an accessible class for all people. No experience needed. We use a silk and other yoga props to settle into restorative poses to let go of all the stress and tension built up in our bodies.
Come experience the class that my often ends with "that was amazing, when is the next time you have this class?"
