🎺 6th Grade Band Interest Nights Planned 🎷

This week Webster County!!

The WC Band directors have scheduled two “try-on” sessions this month for 6th-grade students in Webster County. This is their chance to explore instrument options and find the perfect fit!

Special arrangements have been made with the educational department at H & H Music to help parents obtain a quality instrument for their child. An evaluation will be given to determine which instrument is best suited for your child. Students can try different instruments and make their first sound. This is a great opportunity for students to explore a variety of instruments before deciding.
Please use the registration link or scan the QR code to reserve an appointment time. Most appointments last around 20-25 minutes.

Webster County families may attend either of the two interest sessions listed below:

📍Sebree Elementary - August 26th, after school until 6:00 PM

A huge thank you to Bumper to Bumper for providing pizza and a fruit tray for the Webster County Bands at this past Friday’s football game!

Feeding our students on game days is no small task, and support like this from our community makes a huge difference. We are so thankful for businesses that continue to step up and support our students and the Webster County Bands Program.

Help the Webster County Bands purchase much-needed NEW SOUND EQUIPMENT by purchasing your Half Pot tickets!

🎟️ The more tickets you buy, the LOWER the price per ticket!

You can purchase tickets:
🏈 At the concession stand during ALL home JV and Varsity football games
🎶 From your favorite Webster County Band student

💰 HALF the pot goes to the WINNER, and HALF supports the Webster County Bands!

A HUGE thank you to the Sebree and Providence branches of Independence Bank for volunteering to work the concession stand at Friday night’s football game!

There were several more amazing volunteers from Independence Bank who helped throughout the evening, but once they arrived, they jumped right in and did not stop until the very end! Because everyone was working so hard, this is the only picture we were able to grab.

We are incredibly thankful for community partners who are willing to roll up their sleeves and support our students and the Webster County Bands Program. Your time, hard work, and support mean so much to us!

The Webster County Bands are ready to BRING THE PEP tonight as our Trojans take on Calloway County!

Along with some other exciting halftime performances, the Webster County Marching Band will be taking the field to perform a portion of our 2026 production, “OUTLAW!” 🤠🎺🥁

Come out, pack the stands, cheer on our football team, and get LOUD with the band!

FOOTBALL CONCESSIONS — WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Trojan Football is back, and the Webster County Bands Concession Stand needs volunteers to help us get ready and serve during the game! 🏈🎶

⏰ Concession Prep: 5:00–6:00 PM
We need help getting food, drinks, and the concession stand ready to go before we open.

🍔 Concessions Open: 6:00 PM
Food will begin being served and ready to order starting at 6:00 PM!

Come hungry! Our menu includes:
🍔 Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers — $6
🌭 Hot Dogs — $3
🧀 Mozzarella Sticks — $5

A huge THANK YOU to Huck's Food & Fuel in Providence for providing dinner for the Webster County Bands at last night’s football game! 🎶🏈

Keeping our students fed during long rehearsal and performance days makes a huge difference, and we are incredibly grateful for the support our local businesses continue to show our students and band program.
