Ruiz 4 Kids

***Attention K-12 Public School Teachers***

Ruiz 4 Kids would like to assist teachers by providing funding for innovative tools that can help spark the interest of learning amongst students. The grants range from $300 to $1,000 towards innovative learning projects.

Eligibility:
Must be a public school teacher teaching grades K-12
Must teach in a public school that is within a specified radius of a Ruiz plant
The project should have the potential to improve student achievement
The project must have an innovative approach to learning
There must be a clear plan for project implementation as well as a realistic and detailed budget

Ruiz 4 Kids is looking to award scholarships for the 2023-2024 school year. Students must have the desire to further their education and prove that they are willing to work hard towards realizing their dream.

Applications for 2023-2024 scholarships are now available at the link below!

Applications and required documentation must be submitted online by March 31st.

Eligibility:
Attends a high school within a set radius of the a Ruiz Foods plant.
Minimum 3.0 GPA if applying to a 4-year college/university.
Minimum 2.5 GPA if applying to a community college or trade school.
Must be a full-time student.
Plan to attend a 2 or 4 year college or accredited trade school.

Sory Elementary School has a few visitors on campus! Mrs. Bond’s fourth grade class would like to thank Ruiz Food Products, Inc. for the incubator and Mikayela Welch for the eggs. Students were able to hatch chickens in their classroom!

Congratulations to all the new graduates out there, including the 545 high school seniors to receive Ruiz 4 Kids scholarships this year.
