Congratulations to our 5th grade students in Mrs. Valdez’s class for taking home the Championship Belt for our August Attendance Challenge! 🥇🎉

🏆 1st Place: Mrs. Valdez’s 5th Grade — 91% attendance
🥈 2nd Place: Mrs. Florencia Gonzalez’s 3rd Grade — 90% attendance
🥉 3rd Place: Mrs. Singh’s Class, 2nd Grade — 88% attendance

Our Raiders were excited, fired up, and ready to compete! More importantly, our students understand just how important it is to be at school, on time, and ready to learn every day. 📚💪

Attendance matters! Every day at school is another opportunity to learn, grow, connect, and succeed. We challenge all of our Raiders to BE HERE EVERY DAY as long as they are healthy and able to attend!

Some of our Raiders had an awesome opportunity today! 🏴‍☠️ Students and families joined the Let’s Play Sports Clinic at Fresno State for a morning filled with movement, learning, and fun as they practiced T-ball, flag football, and soccer skills. ⚾🏈⚽

Experiences like this support our mission of keeping students actively involved and connected. Trying new activities, developing confidence, staying active, and building positive connections are all meaningful parts of our students’ social-emotional growth.

Thank you to all of our Raider families who participated today, and a special thank you to the Tulare County Office of Education for the invitation and for helping make this opportunity available to our students! 🙌

We are excited to continue our Monthly Attendance Challenges this school year! We know how important consistent attendance is to our students’ learning, growth, and overall success.

Our first Attendance Challenge begins on the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL — August 12th! 🏫⭐
