Attended an Organic Variety Production Tour this morning in New Deal. Learned more about opportunities for producers to grow organic crops with marketing options right in our backyard. This included black eyed peas, guar, sorghums, and corn. The tour ended with lunch and a delicious pack of Hi-A corn chips from Casa Rica in Plainview!
