Lisa’s Piano Studio I teach piano lessons in my home in Dilworth. Lessons are 30 minutes long and once per week.

Accepting new students for fall…

For me, my love for music began at a very young age. We always had music playing at the farm. I was always tinkering on the piano when I went to my friends’ houses and begged for a piano constantly. I will never forget the day the truck pulled into my yard and unloaded my first piano.

Since that summer, I have never stopped playing. I had many opportunities to perform during elementary school, high school, church, college and currently for weddings. Most importantly though I play piano because I love it!!

I started teaching in high school when my piano teacher contacted me and asked if I would take some of her beginner students. Since then I have taught hundreds of students.

My teaching philosophy is that everyone learns differently and at a different pace. I want your child or you to continue advancing but some people go on to be advanced piano players and most go on to play piano just for their own enjoyment.
