Central Virginia Christian School CVCS is a fully accredited Pre-K through 10th grade Christian school serving families in Central Virginia.

CVCS will continue to grow over the next two years to provide 11th and 12th grade.

Today, we gathered for our first chapel of the year and were honored to welcome special guest speaker Congressman John McGuire. He encouraged our students to boldly share their faith, live out their beliefs, and look for opportunities to lend a helping hand to those around them.

We also heard from our Assistant Principal, Mr. Riley, on the importance of trusting God and what it looks like to lean on Him and not our own understanding.

As we reflect on our theme, ALIGN, may we trust God to lead us daily wherever that may be — whether we are serving in public office or walking the halls of our school.

Our 8th graders kicked off the first week of school with a meaningful lesson in flag etiquette and patriotism. From learning how to properly raise and care for our flags to understanding the significance behind the traditions, our students are learning that leadership includes respect, responsibility, and honor.

We’re proud of these students as they begin their final year of middle school—learning not only in the classroom, but also how to serve and lead well.

🏐 FIRST CHARGER WIN OF THE YEAR!

Congratulations to our Middle School Volleyball team on earning the first Charger victory of the 2026–2027 school year Tuesday night! The Chargers won in straight sets and made a little history along the way—earning our first-ever conference win in the Virginia Association of Christian Athletics!
