So pleased to share that our PRE stallions Xander and Ycarus took first and second place in Purebred Andalusian and Lusitano / Dressage at Devon Breed Division! We're proud of these young guys, it was a full immersion experience at a big horse show and Ycarus's first ever trip away from home. Let's just say it was a lot for all of us, but by the second day a great deal of maturing had occurred! These horses were bred with so much care by Christa and Dieter at Rancho Andalucia. And, We will be offering Xander for the 2027 breeding season!

Thanks to Grace Thomas for swooping in to help with braiding and to Turtle Bruce Griffin III for brilliant handling of two inexperienced horses.

Introducing our newest prospect, Concertina! Absolutely lovely 2023 pure Andalusian mare with clear FEI potential. Powerful hind end, great hind leg, smart and eager to please. And all in a small package( +/- 15hh) though you wouldn't guess it from how she fills up the leg. Forward and responsive but not hot, very trainable. Balanced and naturally uphill, she will excel at upper level work in the future. Vetted with clean x rays. Simple care, loves people. Video available on request. Serious inquiries welcome, option to stay in training. Email: [email protected]

Sharing some video of our young PRE stallion, Xander PRO. He's developing a beautifully expressive trot and improving his balance and throughness. Xander is a delight to ride and work with. He will be revised with ANNCE later this year and then we will be offering him for breeding.

Lately Paul and I have been warming up our Grand Prix horses with some piaffe work in hand, and we thought it would be fun to share a little of the yin and yang of Ella and Roman with you!
