The PTO treated the teachers with some yummy drinks this morning to welcome them back. Thank you to Stehlin Grounds for working hard this morning and getting these ready for us!

Dillsboro Elementary School is calling in reinforcements — and this is a job any parent, grandparent, or neighbor can help with!

On Tuesday, July 28th at 10:00am, volunteers will gather to tear out pages and staple together simple stories for our youngest readers. Lunch is provided, and no special skills required — just a couple of hours and a stapler.

The best gift we can give our teachers is the gift of time.

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is open now. Complete yours by Friday, July 31st so we have time to get your student's classroom assignment and schedule ready to go.

A quick heads-up: teacher assignments and schedules won't go out until registration is done, so the sooner you register, the sooner you'll know. You'll also need proof of residency as part of the process — have that ready when you sit down to register.
