🍀🎡The 2026 Dickson County Fair is more than a showcase — it’s a chance for Dickson County 4-H’ers to put Head, Heart, Hands and Health into action.
With 12 classes to choose from, 4-H’ers can enter art, crafts, baking, photography, plants, flowers, food preservation, collections, posters, and educational exhibits.
📅 Entries due Tuesday, September 1, 4-7 PM
📍 Non-perishables: 4-H Building, Dickson Fairgrounds
📍Perishables: UT Extension Office
It's free to enter. Ribbons and premiums paid for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each Lot.

Are you getting ready to enter your items in the Dickson County Fair! You can turn in registration forms to the office by Friday, August 28th or Tuesday, September 1st at the Dickson County Fair in the Chandler Building from 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM.

🐔🍀 It’s Almost Fair Time in Dickson County! 🍀🎡

Our Dickson County 4-H’ers have been working hard since March raising their Barred Rocks and Cinnamon Queens, and soon it will be time to show off all that hard work!

📅 Saturday, September 5
🐓 4-H Poultry Auction will begin after the birds are judged. Approximately 9:30-10:00 am. More than 20 pens of chickens—pens of six or three—available for purchase through the public auction.

🐔 Come bid and support local 4-H’ers! The auction is open to the public.
Skip the line by registering for your bidder number in advance by calling or emailing the Extension Office.

Come out, support our hardworking 4-H youth, and take home some great birds while you’re at it! 💚🐔

🎡🍀 Dickson County 4-H at the Tennessee State Fair! 🍀🎡

Dickson County youth have been well represented at the Tennessee State Fair, with four talented 4-H members participating in the State Fair 4-H Speech Contest! 🎤 Participating in the Senior High Division: Shiloh Schroeder, Junior High Division: Tommy Link, Junior Division: Anna Lee Link & Dylan Seaborn

🎨🏆 Dickson County 5th grader Miller Locklear is bringing home 2nd place in the Tennessee State Fair 4-H Poster Competition!

We are so proud of these 4-H members for representing Dickson County and showcasing their skills, creativity, and confidence at the state level. Way to go! 🍀💚
