If you feel so inclined, our classroom could use a reset for this coming school year. This supply list is solely for the things students will use during the year.

*The colored pencils are specific colors we need restocked.
*We go through hangers so fast and several costume fabrics need extra special hangers for longevity of care.
*New Costume Rack would be appreciated, but not required just yet (will need by the end of the school year likely).
*The “Lady Supplies” go in our classroom bathroom to help in case of emergency during the school day and especially after school.
*Extension Cords and Power Strips continue to be needed as we integrate more updated technology.
*The other items go towards flow and organization for the students.

Mrs. Jones has admitted she hasn’t cried this much in a very long time.

To the parents—thank you for sharing your truly amazing young men and women with us over the last three years. This was a powerhouse group in every sense of the word.

Their talent was undeniable, but what made them unforgettable was who they are—kind, hardworking, passionate, genuine, and endlessly supportive of one another. They challenged each other, lifted each other up, and helped create something special that will stay with this program for years to come.

Mrs. Jones and this year’s Production Theatre students love you, believe in you, and will be cheering you on every step of the way. Wishing each of you the very best as you begin your next act.

🌟 Congratulations to the talented students selected for our 2026–2027 Production Theatre Class! 🎭✨ We are beyond excited to welcome this incredible group of performers and can’t wait to see the artistry, commitment, and heart they bring to the stage next school year.

While not every student was placed in the Production Theatre Class, this is only one chapter of the journey. We are excited to see many of you return for auditions for next year’s UIL One-Act Play and Spring Musical—there are still so many opportunities to perform, grow, and shine. 🌟

Dickinson High School Theatre is excited to announce our 2026 Summer Theatre Camp for students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade! Camp will run May 27–June 2 from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM each day at the DHS Auditorium.

Campers will explore acting, singing, dancing, costumes, sets, lights, and more in a fun and welcoming environment while also putting together a production of Disney’s Descendants during the week!

Cost is $200 per camper (includes camp t-shirt), with family discounts available. Students should bring a lunch each day.

Last night, the McAdams Junior International Thespian Society Troupe #88157 proudly inducted 11 incredible students into its ranks. 🎭✨(1 inductee not pictured)

Congratulations to these new inductees and to the newly elected Troupe Officers for the 2026–2027 school year! 👏💙💛 The future of McAdams Royalty Theatre Co. shines brightly through the leadership, passion, and dedication of these talented young artists.

The evening was more than an induction ceremony — it was also a heartfelt reminder that another chapter is coming to a close. ❤️

As the Royalty Theatre Co. prepares to send an outstanding class of 8th graders on to high school, the Theatre Department is especially proud to celebrate that 14 of those students are Thespian troupe members. What an extraordinary legacy they leave behind.

For Mrs. Jones, this season is undeniably bittersweet.

This remarkable group has inspired bigger dreams, higher standards, and greater ambitions for the McAdams Theatre program year after year. They were the very first group of 6th graders to walk the halls of McAdams, and in many ways, they helped shape the spirit, culture, and heart of the campus and its stage.

While their accomplishments in theatre are worthy of applause, it is their character that has left the deepest impression — their leadership, humor, dedication, creativity, and unwavering support for one another. Their impact has extended far beyond performances and rehearsals, and their presence will be deeply missed. ✨

Though their time at McAdams is drawing to a close, this is not the end of their story — only the beginning of a new act. 🌟 McAdams Theatre fully intends to continue cheering them on and supporting them in all their future endeavors at the high school level and beyond.

Congratulations to these talented young artists and leaders. The stage ahead is bright, and their McAdams family will always be rooting for them. 👏🎭
