About 1980, about age 15, Jeff made his first video dramas (starring his siblings and neighbors) in his parents' living room on their Sony Betamax, which weighed at least 300 pounds. Classical music got on the soundtrack by simultaneously recording the family's stereo out-of-the-air. Much later, merging engineering, geology, theater arts and computer graphics, Jeff became a 1990 graduate of the University of Houston's School of Communication (now the Jack J. Valenti School of Communication). Jeff has been active in all aspects of the film & video graphics world since 1985, and places special emphasis on lighting & audio quality. He has done work for Ford Worldwide, Palais Royal, Texaco Upstream, Tenneco, Ernst & Young, Union Carbide, Kelsey-Seybold, Randall's Grocery, Folgers Coffee, the Boy Scouts 100th Anniversary and worked on independent feature films (including one helmed by the late Texas directing legend Eagle Pennell) and countless events, weddings, corporate training videos, opera premieres and nightclub-style multimedia/laser/video/theater/dance/fashion productions too numerous to mention.
