We hope you all have had an amazing summer! Just a reminder Monday, August 17th we resume our evening practice schedule and can utilize the main entrance of the Rec Center:

Flippers - M, T, Th - 6pm-6:45pm
AG1 - M, T, W, Th - 6pm - 7:15pm
AG2/3 & Sr. Nationals - M, T, W, Th - 6pm - 7:30pm

Also, the Women’s Locker Rooms will NOT be available until Tuesday, August 18th.

Our monthly Board Meeting will be Tuesday, August 11th at 5:30PM. With the Rec Center closed for “Clean Week” it will be at Living Word Fellowship Church

Developmental Groups will have the week off.

Pre-season August Age Groups Flippers and up will all have practice starting at 10AM. You will meet your coaches at the outdoor pool entrance, if you need locker rooms or restrooms you will need to use the ones for the outdoor pool. It is “Clean Week” and all indoor amenities are closed.

You are welcome to join us Tuesday, August 11th at 5:30PM for our monthly Board Meeting. We will be at Living Word Fellowship Church

Thank you to our swimmers, parents, coaches, and board members for making our end of season Long Course event a success! We ran our new timing system for the first time and got to enjoy having our older and younger swimmers all together. We hope you enjoy these last days of summer and we look forward to seeing you all back in the pool soon.

There is no practice this week; only our end of season celebration on Wednesday.

New era begins for Dickinson Dolphins under Lexi Duchsherer For more than 40 years, the Dickinson Dolphins have introduced local youth athletes to competitive swimming. Now, a new coach hopes to build on that legacy.

BUTTERFLY CLINIC OPPORTUNITY!

The Mandan Marlins are once again hosting their highly anticipated Butterfly Stroke Development Clinic, and this year's format is even better!

✨ New for this year: Swimmers will be divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced groups. This allows coaches to provide more individualized instruction for every skill level while opening registration to more swimmers than in previous years.

This is a single-stroke clinic dedicated entirely to butterfly, giving swimmers the opportunity to develop and refine one of the most technical strokes in swimming. Over the two-day clinic, coaches will focus on butterfly from multiple angles using:
🏊 Technique-focused instruction
📹 Above-water and underwater video analysis
🎯 Personalized stroke review and feedback
💪 Specialized fine-tuning for advanced swimmers

The Mandan Marlins have seen tremendous improvement from swimmers who attend this clinic, making it a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build confidence and efficiency in butterfly.
