We had so much fun celebrating our students who showed up and were HERE TODAY! 💙 Attendance matters, and we loved rewarding our students for making it to school!

Congratulations to our 10 lucky winners who took home an ASTROS Buddy backpack AND 4 tickets to an Astros game! 🎒⚾️🎟️

We are so proud of all of our students for showing up, learning, growing, and making every school day count! 🌟 Thank you Communities In Schools and HEB for donating these amazing prizes.

A Message to Our Gator Families 💙🐊

Gator Families, we truly appreciate your patience, support, and understanding as we navigate these first few days of school! Our team is working hard to establish routines, build independence, and make the school day as smooth and efficient as possible.

🚗 Car Rider Reminder: Please help us be good neighbors by avoiding blocking driveways of homes along 27th Street during dismissal.

🐊 Building Independence: Beginning Monday, parents will no longer be able to walk students to their classrooms or to breakfast. This is an important step in helping our Gators build confidence, independence, and comfort in their school environment. Our staff will be here to support them every step of the way!

🍎 Breakfast Reminder: Breakfast is free for all students every day! Please encourage your Gator to take advantage of this opportunity to start the day ready to learn.

What a wonderful Transition Day with our youngest Gators! 💙🐊 We are so excited to welcome ALL of our students tomorrow and kick off an amazing 2026–2027 school year! 🎉

A few important reminders for Thursday and Friday:
• Families may walk their students into the building Thursday and Friday only.
• Students may be walked to their classroom, but families will not be able to accompany students to the cafeteria.
• Students can enjoy free breakfast every day! 🍎🥛

As we get our year off to a great start, please stay connected and communicate with your child’s teacher. We are looking forward to a fantastic year together!
