This past year of growth has not always been without challenges, but it has been an incredibly valuable and effective season of learning, development, and progress. From new beginnings to finding our footing, we have continued to invest endless effort into building and strengthening the foundation of our program to become what it is today.

We sincerely appreciate our daycare families for their patience, understanding, and support as we navigate what works well and identify areas that require adjustment and improvement. While many of the policies within our handbook have evolved to align with Center Standards and support the overall success, safety, and structure of our program, we remain committed to our core value of accommodation and maintaining a family-centered environment.

We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to our staff for their patience, flexibility, and willingness to adapt through each adjustment along the way. Your commitment, teamwork, and ability to embrace change as needed have played a significant role in our continued growth and success.

Team bonding brings us together in unity and friendship. I count on my staff a lot, and appreciate all their hard work, dedication, and reliability. Because of them, I am able to give back and create a fun event in their honor. 🙏🎳
