Our Art Lab students let their creativity run wild! They could paint any scene they wanted—the only rule? No paint brushes! 🖌️🚫

Instead, they experimented with sponges, springs, LEGOs, blocks, K’NEX, Q-tips, crumpled paper, washers and more to create their unique masterpieces! 🎨

HG-IC had the privilege of having the local fire fighters & EMT’S visit both campuses. The Dickeyville campus was shown the ambulance, fire trucks & Officer Reuter stopped by with his cop car. The students enjoyed the visit. The Kieler campus students found out their oxygen level while sitting in the Dickeyville EMTs ambulance. They were educated about the brush fire truck & were able to spray water out of the 40 pound water backpack that firefighters use to put out a brush fire. The older grades were given a demonstration about batteries. It was a day of preparing our students to be the next generation of firefighters for the Dickeyville and Kieler communities.

🚒🚑🚓 Fire Prevention Week Fun at School! 🔥
Both campuses had some special visitors today! Our students got an up-close look at a fire truck, ambulance, and police car while learning important lessons about fire safety and what to do in an emergency.

The kids loved seeing the vehicles, meeting the people who help keep our community safe, and learning more about the important jobs they do every day! ❤️

A huge thank you to our local firefighters, paramedics, and police officers for taking the time to visit and help our students learn about safety! 👩‍🚒👨‍🚒👮‍♀️🚑

Our 7th & 8th grade students enjoyed a retreat at Camp Gray alongside our neighboring schools—St. Rose, Cuba City, and St. Joe’s, Sinsinawa.

Together, they grew in faith, friendship, and community through team-building activities, spiritual reflection and time connecting with one another.

🍎 October is Principal Appreciation Month! 🍎

This month we’re celebrating our fearless leader, Mrs. Muller!

Mrs. Muller pours her heart into HG-IC every single day. She takes tremendous pride in our school, our students and staff, and the people who make our school community so special. She always wants the very best for our students and works tirelessly to help them learn, grow and succeed. 📚✨

And when the school day ends, her work certainly doesn’t! From evening meetings and planning to all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our school moving forward, Mrs. Muller gives countless hours to making HG-IC the best it can be.

We are so grateful for her leadership, dedication, passion and the heart she brings to our school each and every day. Thank you, Mrs. Muller, for all that you do! We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️
