Dear Parents and Families,

We wanted to give you a quick update regarding our After-School Program.

We are working very hard behind the scenes to make sure we have the appropriate staffing in place to provide a safe, structured, and engaging program for our students. We appreciate your patience as we work through the final details.

If everything goes as planned, we anticipate beginning the After-School Program on Monday, August 24.

We know many of you are looking forward to having this option available for your families, and we are excited to get started! Our goal is to make sure we are fully prepared to provide your children with the quality care and experience they deserve.

We will continue to keep you updated as we get closer to our anticipated start date. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support as we work to get everything in place.

We can't wait to get started!

🐝 We are SO excited that our students will soon be back on campus! 💛

Next week, our hallways will once again be filled with laughter, joy, learning, and the energy that makes H.G. Temple so special!

We have created a short video explaining our car drop-off and pick-up procedures to help families know what to expect. Please take a few minutes to watch the video before the first day.

We ask for your patience during the first few days (and possibly the first week!) as our students and families get acclimated to the dismissal procedures. We will work together to make arrival and dismissal as safe, smooth, and efficient as possible.

We can’t wait to see all those smiling faces! Let’s make it a Bee Amazing year! 🐝📚💛

Is your child turning 4 years old before September 1, 2026? If so, they are eligible to attend Pre-K at HG Temple Elementary in Diboll at no cost to your family, regardless of which school district you live in!

Diboll ISD also offers an after-school program for all Pre-K and Kindergarten students, providing additional learning and care beyond the school day.
