**Job Title: Receptionist/Office Assistant**

**About Uniartz Academy:**
Uniartz Academy is a vibrant educational institution dedicated to fostering creativity and artistic excellence. We offer a wide range of courses and programs designed to inspire and cultivate talent in students of all ages.

**Position Overview:**
Uniartz Academy is seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English and possess exceptional customer service skills. Sales experience is highly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently and courteously.
- Assist with student enrollment processes and provide information about courses and programs.
- Maintain and update student records and administrative files.
- Manage the scheduling of classes and appointments.
- Assist with office organization, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Support the sales team in promoting and selling courses and programs.
- Update and manage the academy’s social media accounts, including posting content and responding to messages.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or office assistant role preferred.
- Sales experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
