Announcing the newest member to the Top Velocity Academy, Jackson Baragar, Haslett HS, c/o 28. Jackson has been working on his mechanics with us but now he's ready to take his game to a new level in the Top V Academy. As an academy member he gets a customized program that includes mobility, strength & power, speed, and mechanics work for pitching, hitting and throwing. He also gets full access to the facility and AI analysis tools. This kid is a baller and I'm looking forward to seeing him maximize his potential.

Our updated schedule starting next week to accommodate school hours. You'll also see our Top Velocity Performance Academy and you're probably wondering what that is? That is our highest level of class which includes advanced mechanics, strength, power and speed training, and mobility work with performance tracking & coaching.

Couple of announcements here, we've added John Fileccia to the staff. John is a DeWitt resident and pitched at Albion College. He will be running 2 Top Velocity 3X Pitching groups starting Next Tuesday August 25th starting at 5pm and 6:45pm. Each class will run an hour and a half. The classes focus on optimizing mechanics to utilize the kinetic chain and arm care to increase velocity in a healthy manner. We've added over 60mph throughout our program since April and we're seeing average increases of 3.1mph and upwards of 7mph for the athletes that are consistent with the program.
