The Norsemen are on the move again. This time they are traveling to the premier competition in the US. Its called The American Open finals.

Another great day at National weightlifting championship!! Emily Green got personal bests in the Sn**ch and in the Clean and Jerk which bested her previous total record by almost 20 lbs. She did not hesitate to challenge herself and came up with an amazing finish! So proud of her! Good job Emily! GO NORSEMEN!!
I have been blessed with the efforts from Natalie and Shane Green. I couldn't have done this without them. Thank you so much for your support and assistance!!

Ok. The Norsemen are on the road to Detroit for the National Championship. Jack lifts tomorrow (Sat 26th), Emily lifts Sunday (27th) and Jimmy and Hailey lift Thursday (1st). They have worked hard to get there so wish them luck!!
