VISITORS: Individuals wishing to speak during the “Visitors” portion of the agenda are asked to call the
superintendent (662-7640) at least 5 days prior to the meeting. Citizens who sign up to address the
board during “Visitors” will be called on in priority order, first for items on the agenda and then for
items not on the agenda. Each individual speaker will be allowed three minutes for remarks. Issues or
concerns involving personnel matters are not appropriate for this setting
