We all are given 1440 minutes in each day. “Don’t make excuses. Make it F.I.T.” That gift being my ability to teach and impact lives through health and fitness.

For the many years I have spent investing in and focusing on my own health and well-being, unbeknownst to me I was having an impact on the lives of others. It was fairly recently that I realized I had been given a gift that I had yet to really share with others. It is because of the people whose lives I have personally touched via social media, in the gym, on the street, in elevators or in my classes, that I now understand that Fitness has now become my platform for purpose.
