Regarding the save the date 50th reunion for the class of 1972 - seems as if some people from the January class have decided to move forward with their OWN class and not include the June grads:( Sad but moving forward - a few of us are going to schedule a picnic "Summer Blast" style for June, 2023.

Once a date is secured - I will post additional information.

ALL WILL BE INVITED - even those that did not graduate in 1972 but know people that did.

It's just too late to try to do something yet this year. STAY TUNED

It is with much sadness that I report the passing of Wayne Wrobel. The only details I have are from the City of Novi website - https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10156907933442873&id=223492477872&anchor_composer=false
And

It is with deepest sympathy we share that Novi City Council Member Wayne Wrobel has passed away at the age of 64 after a lengthy battle with cancer. We are heartbroken by this loss and ask the community to keep his wife Debbie, family and friends in their thoughts and prayers.

Wayne called Novi home for the last 34 years and left an indelible mark on our community. He served on City Council since 2010, but started his community service back in 2004 as a member of the Planning Commission and then Zoning Board of Appeals. He was also a member of Novi's first Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). He retired from AT&T after a 34-year career having held diverse management positions in finance, engineering, operations and marketing.

All who knew Wayne knew of his passion for Novi and his beloved Michigan State Spartans. He was always upbeat, positive and genuine in his interactions with everyone he met. He will truly be missed.

Visitation will take place Thursday, October 18 from 2-8pm at O’Brien-Sullivan Funeral Home, and Friday, October 19 at 10am at Holy Family Church with a mass to follow at 10:30am.

For those requesting the photographer information:
Memories thru images
Maurice and Susan Hood
248-895-9451 / 313-205-7148
Email: [email protected]

Anyone that ordered a Memory Book - they indicated it would be about 3 weeks before they would be mailed out.

Being that they are Professional Photographers - I would NOT look for their photographs to be posted on facebook as that would hinder their business. (I would also hope & trust that no one would scan & post photos from them. If they do, I will be deleting them.)

Thank You!
