There was a Lot going on before we left for Spring Break; Reading, Sports, Field Trips and fun!

We ended Reading Month with Guest Readers and the Scholastic Bookfair, Thank You to the Community and Families for your support!!

Both 7th and 8th Grades attended Teacher Sponsored field trips, thank You to Ms. Henyard and Ms. Peebles!

FLICS Athletics both Volleyball and Basketball defended. The 5-6th Grade Boys were Victorious and the 7-8th Grade Boys advanced to the Playoffs, Congratulations!!

The Pillars of Manhood Mentoring Program sponsored the Breakfast of Champions with Male Members of our FLICS Families. THANK YOU Mr. Akbar!

Academic Games, Debate, and the Science Fair Club were Victorious this week! Thanks to Ms. Heyward, Ms. McCoy, Ms Peebles, and Ms. Pierre!!

The Book Fair was More than successful, raising funds to support FLICS Scholars. Thank you Families for supporting. Special thanks to Ms. Kelso, Mrs. Cameron and Ms. Edwards and our Parent helpers!

Volleyball and Basketball played on Saturday, check the Firebird Weekly for results.

The Family Survey window has opened. Please take the time to complete it and give Your opinions on what is Great and what may not be working. Your Scholar knows their ID number (Even Kindergarteners) but if you need assistance, DOJO your Scholar's Teacher.
