I wanted to try it for the week before giving my review and here it is.

A. Definitely a dark chocolate so to start with I feel you have to like dark chocolate to enjoy this option. Definitely less sweet tasting then regular then regular chocolate but I enjoy it. If you want the sweet chocolate this is not for you.

B. Reminds me of a coco flavor, sweet but not too sweet. This option will definitely crave the sweet tooth however not a sugary sweet.

Both options I feel amazing results and continue to slowly see the numbers on the scale heading south which I love but also love the alert feeling I feel throughout the day with both.

So in conclusion I’m going to say I really like options A and I love option B. I will have both on hand but for me option B will definitely be my go to as I have a huge sweet tooth that I can crave in a healthy was without raising my blood sugar!!

Option B does also come in Vanilla which I personally have not tried but have gotten great feed back from clients that are taking the vanilla.
