I had the opportunity to share a word this past Thursday at the Commerce chapter of Aglow. . .

If I’m honest I was hesitant to share.
🥴🤦🏾‍♀️

However, I believe wholeheartedly that the Lord spoke to me about this year being a year of accomplishment for me. So with that in mind I’m stepping outside of my comfort zone and choosing not to focus on the silly things that we’re trying to keep me from sharing.

☀️Listen summer’s almost over, the kiddos are going back to school and I don’t know about you, but I always have to regroup around this time of year.

✨These are 4 steps that help me get back to Jesus…

🙏🏾 1) Pray - spending time in prayer is not a one way conversation. Allow yourself the space and time to sit in Gods presence and journal what He is speaking to you.

✍🏾 2) Focus - be intentional about your relationship with God. Seek Him first in all areas of your life. Write the vision, make it plain, give it to God, & adjust accordingly.

✨3) Manifest - when you show up daily, God will reciprocate.

💪🏾4) Hustle - do your part, put in the effort required for the desired results. Remember Faith without works is dead.

✨Discerning the voice of God speaking to you will require more than writing in a journal or saying your prayers nightly. Your posture physically, spiritually, mentally & emotionally are all essential to becoming aware of His presence.

The process of creating this journal has been a beautiful and sometimes frustrating journey that has taught me so much about myself, how God moves and How He is constantly speaking to me.

Every step of the way has been filled with so many lessons. It was so much I didn’t know that I didn’t know! 🤷🏾‍♀️

My last steps to finally launch pre-orders are:

1) Putting the finishing touches on my website (I designed it myself) 🥴 LOL it was quite a process.

2) Getting into the swing of this Social Media Marketing.


However I will not allow me being uncomfortable keep me from walking in my purpose...

While recording a segment for season two of “The Unfiltered Mom Podcast”, responded to a statement I made regarding me desperately seeking balance in my life. She said and I paraphrase... “I don’t strive for balance because I see balance as everything being equal & I cannot give myself equally to everything everyday. Instead I embrace the Harmony. Some days I’m a rockstar at being a mom and my business email is overflowing.”

Now my vision is to embrace the beauty of having harmony in my life. Seeking daily to harmonize the things that are important to me & bring me joy. While allowing myself to let go of the notion that having perfect balance is the only way to be content with the flow of my life.

Recognizing balance literally means
a condition in which different elements are equal, I now realize that seeking balance brings unnecessary pressure to be perfect.

When you live in Harmony nothing is equal or the same. Everything has a different tone and flow. I’m learning to embrace this new flow and I’m loving it.
