🤝 Delivering an excellent customer experience - Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, providing accurate estimates, explaining repair processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has leadership experience
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

✅ Has equipment service or service writing experience - Knowledge of UTVs, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles is highly preferred.

✨ Faculty Friday ✨

This week, we're proud to highlight Kent Reisenauer from the M State Marine, Motorcycle and PowerSports program!

With over 25 years of teaching experience and a strong background in the PowerSports industry, Kent brings unmatched knowledge and dedication to his students. He holds a B.S. in Career and Technical Education from Bemidji State University and has earned numerous industry certifications from leading brands like Yamaha, Polaris, Honda, Artic Cat, Stihl, and Briggs & Stratton.

Kent is deeply committed to safety and rider education. He serves as a Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Rider Coach, training individuals to earn their motorcycle licenses and is a snowmobile youth safety lead trainer. He is also a Detroit Lakes snowmobile club (ULTRA Snowmobile Club) advisory board member, helping to support and guide local riding initiatives.

In addition to his teaching role, Kent has served as department chair, SkillsUSA advisor, PowerSports advisor and award-winning educator, receiving the 2009 National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) award.

Outside of the classroom, Kent enjoys snowmobiling, motorcycling and working with classic cars--truly living the PowerSports lifestyle he teaches.
