So proud of our own Chelsey Thomas Mahler. (Chelsey Nicole)

Chelsey Thomas Mahler is a DHS Honors graduate who is currently attending Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is working on receiving her doctorate in Clinical psychology, with a concentration in Forensic psychology. Chelsey’s primary clinical and research interests include: immigration court competency evaluations, domestic violence, human trafficking, and murder-suicide. She recently presented a poster at the American Psychological Association Convention in Washington D.C. titled, “The Victimization of Women through Murder-Suicide: Florida Case Examples.” She is also currently working on creating a treatment manual for adolescent girls and young adult women who are s*x trafficking survivors. Thanks to those who came out and helped the teachers set up their new classrooms. Please if you have time tomorrow come out and help them finish. The new building is beautiful. Hope anyone that is available will try and stop by for a little while. THANKS.

Calling all friends. Anyone who is available to help Mrs. Jacobi move into her NEW classroom and DHS. On Tuesday July 29, starting at 9:00 AM. Of course we will be there all morning if you cannot make it at 9. What fun it will be to be able to set up the new area for young minds to learn. Tell all of your friends. It will be a great time to see your honors classmates and help out your past Calculus teacher. Go ahead and post if you think you can make it. Thanks.
