Stroller runs are what you make them. They can be daunting and hard or you can choose to embrace the challenge and let it make you stronger (both mentally and physically!).

Here’s the thing, upper body strength has a lot to do with stroller running… your arms and core play a role in your overall running form. When you’re pushing a stroller it’s added weight, a weak upper body & core can decrease your running efficiency.

My take on it do the strength training work to become a stronger, well rounded runner. 💜

👉🏼 If you need ideas on upper body and core workouts for stroller running comment STRONG below and use my link in the comments to gain access to a free 15 minute core workout! Ps it’s even kid friendly 😉

Did you know this week is the week most people quit… Don’t be one of them!

Those new years goals and life are catching up this week and starting to feel heavy. The holidays have come and gone. We’re getting back to the grind. We start saying ehh maybe tomorrow or maybe later….

Stop. Keep going! Even if it’s small steps. Keep the fight alive. You’re not lacking motivation you’re lacking momentum.

The real problem: Your dream is still big, exciting, and meaningful! It just might feel so big you don’t think you can handle it today.

I’m here to remind you you can handle it! Just break it down to smaller steps so it doesn’t feel as overwhelming. Need help on how to do this?! Let’s chat! 💜

I continue to stick with running and my fitness because it’s me. I refuse to lose myself to motherhood or the demands of this world. It’s one small (yet big) piece of WHO I AM. 🫶🏼 It’s far to easy as women and moms to give up what helps make us, us when littles enter our world or the daily demands increase. 🛑 I’m here to tell you keep making you a priority! Get past the mom guilt and PUT YOU FIRST. They benefit from it, not suffer.
✨ If you need help with this shift drop a “💜” in the comments and I’ll get you details to my upcoming 4-Week Mother-Shift Mastermind

You don’t have to show up perfectly, you just have to show up. Imperfectly. As moms it’s so easy to get caught up in not doing the workout because life happens and things don’t always go as planned. stop letting that stop you. Show up as you are and do what you can in the moment you’re in. Something is better than nothing.

🤔 Hey momma, have you ever stopped before you started because you just knew the workout wouldn’t go as planned?!

Maybe you started the workout but discounted the reps you put in because you had to stop after round one… you had three rounds planned. 👉🏼 That ONE round counts! 👈🏼

As moms we are often our own worst enemy.
We tell ourself it doesn’t count if it doesn’t go as planned.
We find ourselves in the endless cycle of starting-and-stopping routines.
We don’t start out of fear of failing… yet again.
We struggle to stay motivated.
Anything that comes up throws us off so we miss a day, which spirals into a week, then two, then a thought of “what’s the point?”

The list goes on….

✨ Did any of these resignate with you? If so, read on (👇🏼)

1. The workout doesn’t have to go perfectly. It still counts. - there’s been plenty of times I’ve had to switch up one move for another to accommodate my babies. On the treadmill during nap time and someone wakes up… I only got in 15 minutes of my planned 30. It once took me 1.5 hours to complete a 15 minute workout.
I STILL SHOWED UP. IT COUNTED.

2. Throw “perfect” out of your vocabulary… this often stops us before we have the chance to start. - with this mindset you’ll likely never start. Then you repeatedly just beat yourself up.
Instead say “ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING.” And START.

3. Don’t worry about a time limit or the “perfect” workout routine. CONSISTENCY is key!

4. Show up for YOU. As moms everyone else demands out time and attention but it’s important you put you first. 🫶🏼 You’ll show up better for them when you do.

💜 Shifting our mindset doesn’t happen over night. It’s a process and ultimately it comes down to conscious decision making.
We must choose to see things differently.
We must show up for ourselves consistently.
We must give ourselves grace.

✨ Your health is more than just your fitness….
👉🏼 It’s what you consume (snacks and drinks)
👉🏼 It’s what you use for every day products (make up, cleansers, shampoos, deodorant, etc)
👉🏼 It’s what cleaning products you use in your home (are they safe for the kids and pets?!)

Are you conscious of what you consume or the house hold cleaners you use daily? If getting healthy or staying healthy is on your radar you need to know it’s more than just about your fitness!

This is why I partnered with The Wellness Company a few months back… they make it simple. I get to be conscious of what I’m brining into my home from the comfort of my home. And it helps me save money. 💰 I’m not wasting time going to the store, walking in for three things only to come out with more than I went in for. 🇺🇸 the best part, they’re a US based company so everything comes from right here, not overseas.

✍️ drop a WELL in the comments if you want more details on how you can be healthier all around this year! 😘

✨ Working mommas, this one’s for you! ✨

You keep saying,
“I’m trying… I just can’t keep up.”
And honestly? I get it.

You’re juggling meetings, kids, school drop-offs, meals, emotions, laundry, the entire invisible load… and somewhere in there you’re expected to find time to feel like yourself again.

But here’s the truth no one else is saying:
👉🏼Your fitness struggle isn’t a discipline problem.
It’s a pressure problem.

You’ve been told that if your workout isn’t long enough, hard enough, aesthetic enough… it doesn’t count.

And that lie? 👉🏼It’s stealing your momentum.👈🏼

So let’s rewrite this for 2026:

✨ 5 minutes count
✨ Micro-wins count
✨ Movement in the cracks of your day COUNTS

❌ Working moms don’t need more rules.
✅ They need less guilt. Less overwhelm. Less burnout disguised as “doing better.”

You don’t need to push harder — 💜 YOU NEED TO EXHALE. 💜

You need movement that supports you… not another responsibility sitting on your shoulders.

And hear me on this:
You are not “starting over.”
🧡 You are returning to your strength. 🧡

👉🏼You’re already an active woman.
👉🏼Already capable.
👉🏼Already enough.

In 2026:
We’re not chasing perfection.
💥We’re choosing permission.

💥Permission to move imperfectly.
💥Permission to show up when you can.
💥Permission to build fitness around your real life.

2026 is the year working moms get to feel strong on their own terms.

And if that’s you?
Girl, you belong in this MOVEment — exactly as you are. 💜
