Summer hours are officially in session, Eagle families!

DeSoto ISD offices are operating on a modified schedule until July 24.

Here are our hours of operations:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Fridays: Closed

Summer may be in full swing, but at DeSoto ISD, learning (and fun) isn’t taking a break.

At our STEM Summer Camp, whisks are spinning, creativity is flowing, and confidence is growing. Our young chefs aren’t just following recipes—they’re discovering what they’re capable of.

Through hands-on experiences, students are learning the essentials of food preparation, kitchen safety, teamwork, and even the science behind cooking. Every dish they create builds skills, sparks curiosity, and boosts confidence in real time.

🦅 Hard Work Breeds Champions: Eagle Football is Back to Work! 💪🏈

The future of DeSoto Football was out on the field yesterday as DeSoto High School Football officially kicked off its Strength & Conditioning Camp, bringing together young athletes of all ages.

From the youngest future Eagles to our seasoned varsity players, every single student-athlete showed up to work.

Led by our incredible coaching staff and Head Coach Claude Mathis, these athletes put their grit, talent, and unstoppable work ethic on full display.

This is where championships are built, in the heat, through the sweat, and with the brotherhood of the Eagle family.

It's clear that the next generation knows exactly what it means to wear the green and gold! 🦅✨

Tomorrow is the day to come together and honor the rich legacy of Frank D. Moates Elementary while actively shaping its future!
