Central Staff Deployed to Campuses Across the country, school systems have been hard hit amid a nationwide teacher shortage. DeSoto ISD is not unique to this concern given the impact of the COVID-19 global health pandemic on the teacher workforce.

At Woodridge, Dr. Jones has our littlest learners whippin’ up fine arts fun with their Cupcake and Create PBL. Students are creating visual models of cupcakes and will use their creativity to illustrate animal habitats in cupcake form. The students were so excited to watch the hook video, and will even participate in a cake mixing demonstration.
