AI Systems & Automation | Helping businesses streamline operations through intelligent automation.

The story behind our logo 🌍

In 1997, my late husband Ché proposed with a globe and a promise: "I'll show you the world." That globe became the Need Greater Success logo.

This week I turned our story into an animated short using the same AI tools we teach small businesses:

🎨 Higgsfield for characters and motion
🎙️ HeyGen for voice
✂️ CapCut for editing, captions & music
No film crew. No studio. Just a story worth telling — and the right tools.

NGS Principle No. 6 👇🏽

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲.

This is the order that everything else depends on. Understand who's doing the work and how it actually flows — then bring in the technology. Skip that, and you're automating guesses.

We're two-thirds through the NGS Principles — which has stuck with you most so far?

A system can work today and still need to be redesigned for tomorrow.

One thing client work continues to reinforce for me is that getting a system to work is only part of the job.

As an organization grows, the questions change.

It’s no longer just:

“Does it work?”

It becomes:

“Will it keep working as our needs change?”

That means looking beyond the immediate fix and considering future needs, business rules, scalability, the user experience, and where human judgment still matters.

Sometimes the most valuable next step isn’t adding another feature or another automation.

It’s stepping back and designing the future state before building it.

That’s a big part of how we approach workflow improvement at Need Greater Success.

Solve today’s problem without creating tomorrow’s bottleneck.

NGS Principle No. 5 👇🏽

𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲.

The best-built system in the world is worthless if people find it confusing and quietly go back to the old way. Adoption isn't an afterthought — it's the whole point. If people won't use it, it didn't work.

Ever paid for a tool your team never actually adopted?

NGS Principle No. 4 👇🏽

𝗔𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. 𝗜𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.

The fear is that AI takes jobs. What I actually see it do: take the tedious, draining tasks off people's plates so they can spend their time on the work that needs judgment, creativity, and a human touch.

What repetitive task would you hand off first?
