Last Friday, we hosted our annual Transition Holiday Party with TrueNorth and ETHS Transition Programs!
It's always a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends and have fun together. So much fun we didn't take enough pictures!

Happy Halloween from New Trier Transition!! 🎃👻
It's been a wonderful few weeks of Halloween activities. From a tour and walk through of , shopping for costumes and decorations, carving pumpkins with our friends from Transition, and our own Halloween party, we've had a blast!!

The last regular week of the school year means more fun in the community!
Some of our young adults chose to take the to Evanston to explore the area and grab lunch. Others visited and were able to feed and pet the animals. ☀️ Lots of fun had by all!

During Book & Game Club this week our students explored new leisure activities and gardening was one of them! Students were able to create garden signs and plant flowers in a pot for Transition. 🌞🌷
