It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our Creve Coeue and Des Peres locations. They will live on in the heart and soul of our community. Des Peres was a founding location, one of the original studios, and we are sad to see it go.

Some familiar faces are already across the bridge, and more are likely to join the Yoga Six St. Charles studio. With open arms, we invite you to flow with us there.

This workshop will be like taking yourself on a 120-minute retreat 🏝️ a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. You will hold poses between 3-5 minutes which can help to soften tight muscles and targets the deep connective tissues of the body. You also have the added bonus of singing bowls with healing sounds.

Yin will be guided by Y6 Instructor, Ulrikke
The sound bath will be played by guest, Chris Mitchell

Cost $40 for members, $45 for non members
