Microsoft reports email services should be restored and we are seeing that too. “Current status: Our mitigation strategy was successful in allowing users to sign into the previously impacted services. Our internal monitoring has validated this recovery…”. Highline email is back.

Microsoft Office 365 is currently experiencing a widespread outage. This means Highline faculty and staff are currently unable to send or receive email. We will update you when we have more information from Microsoft.

Good news! With the smoke cleared, the ITS Equipment Drive Through is back open! If you have equipment to drop off, we’re here this week Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10-3, and Wednesday 3-7. If you are picking up remember to make an appointment through the link in your invite email.

Due to the current smoke conditions outside, we are suspending the ITS equipment drive-through through the end of this week. If conditions improve, we will re-evaluate, and we will return to normal operations for sure on Monday, September 21. Stay inside and stay safe!

Highline’s campus has been affected by a large regional power outage. While online services (Canvas, e-mail, etc) remain available, employees will be unable to connect to PCs on campus.

When power is restored, please contact the ITS HelpDesk for assistance with bringing office PCs back online.

A short but widespread power outage has caused connectivity issues on campus. ITS Staff is working to get issues resolved ASAP but employees connecting to resources on campus may have difficulty in the short term.

If you experience extended issues connecting to campus resources please submit a ticket to the HelpDesk for assistance.

Highline Students! We have a limited amount of hotspots and Chromebooks that we are distributing to students to support you in your remote learning during spring quarter. If you are in need please complete the Student Technology Resource Request form https://forms.gle/XmBEt4wPQGhGQwwd9! When equipment is available, you will receive an invitation to come pick up your equipment in our special social distancing drive-through.
