Parents are invited to an important evening focused on helping children navigate today’s digital world safely and responsibly. On Thursday, January 15 at 7:00 pm in the Parish Hall, Christ the King Catholic School will host Ben Tracy, a nationally recognized online safety speaker.

Ben will cover topics including cyberbullying, digital citizenship, social media, mental health, online predators, and artificial intelligence—equipping parents with practical guidance to support their children both online and offline.

This event is for adults only. We hope you will take the time to attend and learn how to keep your children safe!

Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classes enjoyed a Book Tasting this week! 📚✨

Book tastings are a wonderful way to get students excited about reading while exploring a wide variety of genres and authors. As an added bonus, students practiced Read to Self and learned how to choose good fit books.

By the end of the tasting, every student walked away with a list of books they can’t wait to read next—proof that curiosity and choice make reading even more powerful! ❤️📖

As we prepare for the final day of school prior to the Christmas Break, the excitement among teachers, staff, and students has been exceptionally high.

A brief call was made to the North Pole for reinforcements, and as a result, Santa dispatched a special visitor scout elf to school this morning to greet all students during morning drop-off and monitor the situation to report back as he double checks his list.

We wish our CKS students, families, teachers, staff, and friends a safe, joyous, and blessed Christmas and holiday break.

Yesterday, our students had a wonderful time participating in Kids Go Shopping, our one-day, in-school Christmas gift store. With the help of our amazing volunteers and school staff, children were able to shop independently for special gifts for family.

A heartfelt thank you to our Leadership Council who make this special tradition possible. What a beautiful way to celebrate the season of giving!

Our middle school girls basketball team wrapped up their season yesterday, and we couldn’t be more proud. This group showed incredible growth, teamwork, and determination all season long. Their excitement after yesterday’s win says it all! 💙

Thank you to our coaches and families for your support, and congratulations to these amazing young athletes on a great season. Way to finish strong, girls! 👏✨
