Power is born of water flowing and to focus it and blast it through the boards

It was one of the first things I read in General Choi's book on Tae Kwon Do on the science of focusing it through these techniques and kicks and punches and strikes

Now I know it to be true of our spirits and our life force and in life in general

we are spirits that are like water ....in a world of statues and steel
