What a great Alumni BBQ!

Thanks to all who could come, and best wishes to everyone who found their own ways to celebrate the Drake Relays today!

We hope you can join us for a fun and in-person celebration of the Drake Relays this year, April 24 and 25! We will be hosting our annual alumni barbecue at the chapter house on Saturday the 25th from 11:00am–1:00pm.

We will have a brief chapter update and award our annual scholarships at a ceremony at 1:00 pm.

The barbecue will be catered by Smoky D’s BBQ, the award-winning caterer for the last few years. Families are welcome, and if the weather is nice, we’ll have some yard games set up.

We hope you’re able to come and to connect with your fellow fraters, to share some stories, and to have some fun together.

The amount collected on site and online is just a touch short of $1000.

The undergraduate chapter held their Pumpkin Smash fundraiser for St Jude’s this weekend and their total collected from the event and online is nearly $1,000.

A little bump from our alumni to the online fundfraising amount could push them past their goal for the event.

Congratulations to Frater Sean McGuinness! He joins a long list of alumni who give back to our alma mater.

Stopped by the chapter house and delivered a batch of caffeine and snacks on behalf of the alumni who have continued to donate to the chapter.

Hopefully the extra energy will power the chapter to consecutive “Top Fraternity GPA” awards!
