We’re saddened by the passing of Mike Burton, a member of the 1968 and 1972 U.S. Olympic Teams.

The three-time Olympic champion was the first American to win the 1500 free at consecutive Games. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.

Want to find free speed in Breaststroke? Start with the Pullout.

It's one of the most important parts of the race, yet it's often overlooked because it happens underwater. Small timing and technique errors are difficult to see and even harder for swimmers to feel in real time.

That's why we put together a collection of Breaststroke Pullout Drills in the SLAF Video Vault.

✔️ Drills that help swimmers carry more speed underwater
✔️ Easy-to-teach progressions
✔️ Skills that carry over into races

If you're looking for ways to help swimmers build faster, more efficient Breaststroke Pullouts, these drills in the SLAF Video Vault can help.
