You don’t need any dance experience to take First Dance lessons. Whether you’ve been dancing for years or your very first lesson with us is the first time you’ve ever danced together, we’ll meet you right where you are.

Our goal is to help you feel comfortable dancing together, build your confidence, and give you the skills to enjoy your First Dance instead of worrying about what to do when the music starts. ❤️

✨ Just a few highlights from a wonderful weekend at the Heart Of America Dancesport ✨

Bernie had an incredible weekend, dancing over 100 heats with Tallis and Charles & Amelia took flight once again! ✈️💃🕺

So much dancing, hard work, and fun packed into one weekend. We are so proud of Bernie and all he continues to accomplish on the dance floor! ❤️
