Officially finishing day 75 of . It's definitely been a ride. Missed my goal of being under 200 lbs by half a pound. Down 32 lbs and 5.5 inches on my waist. Rolling into phase 1 of Live Hard right away. Thanks Charity Hansen for putting up with me through it! Hopefully get that extra weight for my goal and a couple more inches of the ole gut.

A little over 2 weeks in and down 10 lbs and 2 inches on my waist. All lifts are up in weight. Kinda lovin' this challenge!
