Hooray for Ballet! Drop-In Ballet is a dance class for women of all ages, sizes and experience. Whether you’re a prima ballerina or you’ve never danced a day in your life, Drop-In Ballet is your chance to get some exercise, work on your skills and hang out with me! April!

$10 per class

What we will do:
1. Barre technique
2. Stretching
3. Floor work

What we won’t do:
1. Perform
2. Be boring

Yo

u don’t have to commit to any length of time — just show up when you feel like dancing! Wear ballet gear or comfy exercise clothes. If you don’t have ballet or jazz shoes, just wear socks with those little grippy things. It’s super chill! Every Saturday
10:00 a.m. Review the basics (good for newbies)
10:15 a.m. Class begins for REAL
11:00 a.m. We get the rock outta there! Des Moines Onstage
