Another school year, another year of FCCLA!
FCCLA is open to all students in grades 7–12 at Wapsie Valley! FCCLA is a Career and Technical Student Organization that focuses on family and developing leadership skills to help ourselves, our families, our communities, and the world around us.
You do not have to enroll in an FCS class each school year to maintain your FCCLA membership.
One of the things that makes FCCLA unique is the opportunity to compete and travel. Our State Leadership Conference is open to students who participate in a competitive event and earn the required score to advance from District STAR Event Competition. This year, the National Leadership Conference will be held in San Antonio, Texas, in June 2027!
FCCLA's National Leadership Conference is held in a different major city each year, giving students the opportunity to travel around the country while growing their leadership skills and making memories along the way.
Students can join us for our first chapter meeting this Wednesday at 7:30 AM in the FCS room as we kick off another great year! Breakfast will be served.
We have a lot of fun and exciting events planned for this year, and we can't wait to get started!
