Our Bilingual Family Liaisons are doing exactly that every day. They connect families with essential resources like housing and healthcare, while helping parents navigate school and planning for life after graduation.

Just as important, they empower families to advocate for their children and stay actively involved in their education.

Together, our BFLs speak more than 20 languages, breaking down barriers and building stronger connections across our community.

We are grateful for the care they bring to our schools every day!

This Saturday, March 28th, Hoover is hosting this year's DMPS Girls Soccer Jamboree. Please come out and support your Husky girls Varsity at 11:30am and Junior Varsity at 1:30pm. Games will be played at the Hoover stadium and it's free to come watch. We hope to see you there!

Parent/Teacher Conferences are one week from today! Thursday, February 19th from 2pm-7pm.

Due to the fact that there will also be a home basketball game the same night, teachers will be in their classrooms for conferences. Please park in the student lot (off Aurora) and enter through the new front entry.

Hoover High School is hosting the IHSSA District Contest on Jan 24th and we need your help! Please consider volunteering or donating to this event. There will be over 35 schools attending and competing in 11 speech/theatre events. This is a large endeavor, and all support is appreciated!

Cost is $35 and includes four clinics at which students will learn four cheers and a dance, a Husky Pups t-shirt, and one free adult ticket to the boys basketball game on January 27th at Hoover. Husky Pups will perform during the halftime!
