🤺If your kids observe you in conflict with your spouse,
🥰make sure they also see you resolve it with apologies as needed, good communication, and affection.

2️⃣ reasons:
1. It reduces their anxiety. Kids worry about parents more than you might think.
2. It models for them how to resolve conflict.

➡️ If your conflict has become too frequent or too hot, get help, and let your kids know you’re serious about working together to improve your skills and create a more peaceful home.

🔑 Reducing and resolving conflict are skills that can be learned and improved.
