WE NEED HELP!
For Christmas this year we’re putting on what we’ll call the “Prolific Christmas Drive.” We’ve been blessed by with the opportunity to take care of 7 underserved and underprivileged families Christmas wishlists. These are families that without our help, could go without the joy of opening up a gift during the holidays.
Our goal is to make sure everyone in each family’s wish list is taken care of. It’s important to note that these wish lists aren’t filled with luxuries, they are filled with everyday necessities. Necessities like pots and pans, cold weather clothing, books, and bedding, among other things.
Each day, from now until the lists are taken care, we’ll be posting a few items that are needed by these families. If you would like to
purchase and donate one of the posted items, just comment on the post or shoot us a message with the item you’ll be taking care of. We will then arrange for a time to pick it up from you before December 23rd!
We ask that you write a note of encouragement or well wishes to the family to include with the present before wrapping it.
If you would rather donate money to this cause, you can do so through our Venmo or our GoFundMe which is included in the link in our bio!
We’re looking forward to serving our community with you this holiday season!

Our Thanksgiving meal handout was a HUGE success! We are blown away by the amount of food that was donated. Over 300 meals were given away! We are beyond thankful for everyone’s support and contribution. Our community is so dope!

We’re feasting on Saturday!🦃🥬🥔🌽
On November 28th we’ll be handing out warm Thanksgiving meals to those in need from 11-1p at the corner of 6th Avenue and College Avenue, just outside of Good Vibes Movement!
The obvious goal is to feed as many people as possible and in order to do that, we’re going to need more food! So if you’d like to join in our efforts, please consider donating large helpings of your signature thanksgiving dish or picking something up from Hy-Vee! Just shoot us a message and let us know what you’re bringing.😊

This coming Saturday, 11/28, we’ll be preparing and handing out Thanksgiving meals to the hungry and homeless outside of Good Vibes Movement at the corner of College & 6th Avenue in Des Moines.
We’ve seen lots of food drives scheduled for Thanksgiving Day, which is absolutely awesome, but we wanted to make sure those in need are still being shown love throughout the holiday season, hence why we are handing out meals a couple days after Thanksgiving. 🦃
If you’d like to help, there are a few ways you can do so...
1.) Prepare and donate your go to Thanksgiving dish.
2.) Donate to our GoFundMe. All of this money will be used to purchase additional food from !
3.). Share this post to your story and help spread the word.
4.) Get in touch with anyone you know that could use a warm & delicious meal and tell them to come get one on Saturday. We’ll take care of ‘em!😊

Beggars Night is a big deal for our communities youth. It’s a day to dress up, have fun with friends, and get lots of candy and treats!
That’s why on Beggars Night this year we’ll be setting up a trunk or treat for the neighborhood youth in the Evelyn K Davis Park parking lot.
We’ll be creating a safe environment for the kids living in the area to come have fun, tell jokes, and eat lots of candy!
More details about our first annual Trunk or Treat will follow but in the mean time, if you’re interested in joining in on the fun shoot us a message!
